Saw some disturbing things take place as i waited in line. An older lady with a nasty sassy attitude yell at a costumer as they simply told asked if they could get a pretzel without an ingredient. This employee nasty very nasty old lady snarled at this women and ask only if it's an allergy and refused to give this women who never mind you waited in line for about 10 minutes what she requested. Hospitality and respect was not there at all. Then proceeded to slam a drink down at the next couple who didnt ask for a slushie. My point here is i didn't appreciate the attitude that this employee was giving. For no reason at all. I had my children with me and i had no desire to even speak to this worker who obviously was blowing steam out of her ears. This behavior shouldn't be tolerated at all. I will never bring my family back again.
