Went there when they "changed' their name to IHOB. We wanted to give them another try. Had been there maybe five times over the years, each time saying we will never go there again. Well, the floor felt greasy ...as if it had been coated with butter or bacon grease. It was awful to walk on. Shortly after being seated, a server came walking by with a tray of dirty dishes, half filled coffee cups, glasses with ice and water/soda etc and the server went to walk behind my chair and fell...hard! She was barely able to stand and hobbled off. I don't know how I didn't get covered in broken glass or showered in dirty coffee or soda, but I didn't. However a toddler in a highchair near me, did. And the mess on the floor was terrible. Someone came out and put up one of those wet floor signs. About five minutes later a guy came out with a big bucket of smelly water and a mop... disgustingly dirty, smelly mop. The whole bucket full of water and the mop smelled like it had been in there for months without being rinsed out or changed. So after they mopped the floor, that whole area smelled awful.. and we were trying to eat...and the smell was overpowering. We asked for a manager. He showed up after at least ten minutes, and we were done eating by then..we had wanted to get different table. Getting to the food....it wasn't very good at all, and the coffee is still not enjoyable. My husband tried a hamburger and he said it was the worst he ever had. No flavor...tasted like it was boiled in water, and not grilled. I had a breakfast meal and it was the same as ever. A frozen breakfast cooked in a microwave would have been better. Our server never came back to the table...She was the one that fell. Another server came with the bill and said they took 20% off for the situation we had been through which was nice and unexpected, however that will be our last time there for sure!!

Went over for lunch and ordered 2 55+ 2 eggs with bacon and harsh brown. Waited 30 min before they brought out the wrong meal went back in and brought out a cold meal that we had ordered. We ate our meal and left because we had to be some where else and didn't have the time to wait another 30 mins. I think the girl who was waiting on us spend too much time talking to coworker and customers that she knew.
