Mum's Restaurant in Brandon is a must-visit on our family trips, boasting exceptional staff and delicious home-cooked meals. The cozy corner eatery packs a big punch, drawing in a bustling crowd for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Despite the slight greasiness of the sausages, the overall experience at Mum's is a nostalgic throwback to classic Canadian kitchen comfort.

Just read all the reviews. I literally went and checked address and map to see if there were talking about the same restaurant I have been going to for years. It is the same but my experience has been nothing but positive. Very good food and friendly staff I'm really surprised at alot of the comments

Disappointing to say the least, had previously had the 2 piece fish but found it to much, so yesterday ordered the 1 piece"¦ I wish I had taken a photo, the fish measured roughly 2 inches x 1 inch ! Definitely won't be returning"¦

This used to be our go to place for breakfast. Has really gone downhill. Undercooked hashbrowns, asked for over easy eggs and they were well done. The waitress couldn't take the time to move the salt/pepper shakers when sanitizing the table thus chemical all over them. Yuck!! Service was terrible. Won't go back.

First time out to lunch in months was an unfortunate experience. Server spoke loudly to a colleague in the kitchen, complaining of her "effing" cramps. Very crass, unacceptable behaviour. Then, the lunch arrived and was completely different than what had been ordered. Mum's used to be a family favourite. We will never return.

They haven't a clue how to prepare food it was the worst I ever had expensive and cold would not recommend it to anyone

Didnt care about food uncooked food . Never offered to even microwave at the least for the price I paid . Bad service !!
