I discovered a Mexican restaurant in Mankato that has become a favorite spot for me. The food is so delicious that my friends and I don't mind the long drive from the Twin Cities just to enjoy their flavorful dishes and refreshing drinks. One item I particularly enjoy is their Monster size Pina Colada Margarita - it's a fun and refreshing treat that complements the juicy steak and cheesy chicken dishes perfectly.
