Hooligan's was bustling with only one bartender and two servers, but they handled the crowd like pros with smiles and teamwork. I have to give a special shoutout to Carson D, who was a superstar clearing tables, taking orders, and serving with a constant smile. The young women working that night were also impressive, and even the Cook lent a hand when things got crazy. Lindsey made our bingo night unforgettable with her flawless service for our table of 12-she didn't write a thing down but got everything right. If you get her as your server, consider yourself lucky and don't forget to tip generously!
