This charming little eatery serves up all the beloved lunch comfort foods we crave, offering great value and friendly service. I've been a fan for years, especially of their incredible Italian sub and delicious soft shell crab sandwiches. While prices can add up, the quality of the food and the nostalgic atmosphere make every visit worthwhile.

I lived in Bryans Road from 1966 to 1974 when I joined the USMC. I worked at Marshall Hall Amusement Park for 3 Years before then. B&J's had the Best Steak Hoagie I have ever eaten. I thumb my nose at Philly Cheese steaks. Anyone who ever had a DC or Md. steak hoagie knows what I mean. I ask Every person who goes to DC, to bring me one back but still nothing! My Daughter visited B&J's and brought me back a T-Shirt but no Steak Hoagie. Unfortunately I lost my T-Shirt in Fla. (Wanted to cry) it meant so much to me. I don't know if they still make them but When I get to heaven I hope someone still knows how to make them.
