The communication at Bay County Meals is terrible. I called an order for four pieces of chicken (legs). The person that I placed my order with told me that I should get a meal because I would get more for my money. I asked if I could get a small tub of just chicken legs. The person that waited on me said that I could get an eight piece with legs for eleven dollars and some change. When I went to pick up the chicken, Ms. Cathy, the manager stated that I could not get that deal. I wish that someone had told me all the facts before I came to the north side of town. Mr. Hall the owner needs to be more involved with his business is going to lose customers.

Food would rate as excellent...but the service is the WORST it town, it rates as "crude" Go to the drive-through window!

We bring home dinner from here every week. Some weeks twice. The Chicken and sides are much better than KFC and more like eating home cooked meals. Side dishes are seasoned and cooked well. Chicken is the old English grill chicken that most say is best around.

Bay Country Meals is amazing! They've got great food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. The chicken salad is to die for, and the macaroni and cheese is absolutely delicious!!!! I recommend for anyone!!

Visiting Salisbury and our host took us here. Great food. Chicken and sweet potato biscuits were exceptionally good. Nice clean modern place with friendly staff.

Had a great meal at this restaurant. We were passing through on a trip to family in NJ and the whole group was blown away by quality of food and value. They had a chicken ham and crabcake meal with veg for under $10. That is amazing to us. The staff were great !!
