Bella's used to be so good! So many times my pizzas crust has been dark to burnt. The subs were so ridiculous miniscule. The crab soup had 1 piece of crab meat in each of the 4 cups I ordered. I keep hoping they will improve....but still disappointed. Last time!

We moved to North east MD 2 years ago. We discovered Bella Pizza. Tonight we found out they are no longer good as they were. So bad... I had to review! First the clown who answered the phone barely spoke English. They screwed up the order again somewhere. Yes this has happened before. We ordered from here very often! Then we got the price... which went up! $25 for two sandwiches and a $7 delivery fee for a 1 1/2 mile delivery! Someone smoking Crack! Then they asked for a tip for the driver! What the $7 bucks your gouging me for delivery wasn't enough? Outrageous prices, sub par food. Charged us for a large sub send a small sub. Missing the Tomatoes, sweet peppers and mayo including the other 6" of sandwich. After calling them about the issue they said they were sending a replacement sandwich. Guess what never showed up! Ripped me off, pizzed me off, lost me as a customer! Bella SUCKS!

Don't order hamburger you won't see it. If there's a breath of crumbles on it, equaling a tablespoon of hamberg that's all your getting. They told me it sank in the cheese. That should tell you something. Not impressed!

If you order veggies, your ok, but meat, you won't find any. I ordered hamburger and they told me it was on there. It wasn't and unless I brought it down there, they were not going to believe me. I told them to pick it up and see for yourself. What's the point of delivery of you have to go out and bring a pizza to them to fix. I won't be ordering again. At least $120.00 gone a month but from me and whatever neighbors and friends I can tell. Not good customer service!!!!!!!

I called at 9 in the evening, they close at 10. They told me there were no more slices??!!! Really, Does Pepe know??? Wow an hour to close and not a slice?

I went to this so-called restaurant in hopes of a meal. Talk about horrible service and disgusting food. I have literally eaten rotten food from trash that was better. I recommend everyone never go there. Trust me I will surely be letting all my clients, coworkers, friends, and family know how it is best to not even set foot in the place.

We live about 15 miles one way from this place and have traveled there many times late at night just to get their pizza. It is out standing and the service is great. Keep up the good work.
