Had two orders in one week with items missing.
The first time, I went back to get them and they offered to put a note for free bread order next time.
Next order, they never gave us the free bread, and they FORGOT THE SAME ITEMS AGAIN!
This time, I called and they said you can come pick it up. I was not going to come pick it up again, and they never offered to send it out free of charge.
Additionally, their manager told me that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to check what they gave me in the boxed before leaving!!!
The customer service at this franchise sucks, and I would HIGHLY recommend sticking with local favorite PIZZA BOY.
Pizza Boy has great food, better prices than Dominos, and they are nice people.
Dominos on the other hand resorts to paying young kids to sit on the corner with a banner all day, just to try and bring in some business.
They can't compete with Pizza Boy in my opinion.
