It's my longtime favorite Chinese takeout spot with reliable delivery service and delicious orange beef.

Eastern carryout is horrible to their customers. They tell you on the menu they deliver, but when the delivery guy arrives to your home, he wants you to come out to pick up your food. What's more, they become attitudinal when you don't give them a tip.
