The food is delicious and the prices are good. The staff lacks personality, but the service is quick and the portions are generous.

Order there twice a month for the past 4 to 5 years happy family three egg rolls and a side of lo mein comes to 18 something total today all of a sudden 29.99 and the American man answering the phone today that I have never heard in the past four to five years take my order sade happy family hasn't Ben 10 something for 10 years but I have receipts to prove that and look at the menu on this site

Initial contact by phone was not the most pleasant experience. There was no cordial greeting and I felt as if I was interrupting by calling. Because I really had a taste for their food, I chose to ignore the greeting. After I placed my order I wasn't told how long before I could pick it up or what the cost would be. When I entered to retrieve my order once again I felt that I was interrupting the man behind the counter. This was not a pleasant experience and it will be a long time, if ever before I go back to their business. When people are rude and don't appreciate your business, no matter how big or little the order may be, they soon find themselves out of business and wondering what happened. This is a prime example of what happened!!!
