I visited El Canelo during a layover for the Frostburg Flyer train excursion and enjoyed margaritas and chips while chatting and watching TV. The waitstaff was efficient and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience.

Food was good, service not so great. I do not eat tomatoes, never have. So, I obviously ordered my dinner without any, but it had tomatoes. Not a big deal. I let the server know and she proceeds to argue with me that I didn't tell her I didn't want tomatoes. So, she stars to take my plate and I asked if I could at least keep my rice since the rest of my family was eating. From there forward, she ignored us. Even when she dropped my food off, she didn't offer drinks or anything. Then, the icing on the cake was hearing her customers at the bar talking about tomatoes. If you're going to bash one of your other guests, you should at least do it quietly.
I didn't even mention to her that I had to pick a hair out of the first one. I don't think we will be back.
