The bacon-wrapped jalapeños and country corn bread with honey are absolute must-haves to start off your meal, followed by the mouth-watering BBQ Brisket Sandwich and crispy fries! The attentive staff and cozy atmosphere really set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. Each dish, from the BBQ to the seafood, is bursting with incredible flavors that will leave you wanting more.

I got cornbread instead of Texas toast and was charged $2.50 extra for a slice that was about 3"x2". A few days ago, the up charge for corn bread instead of Texas toast was $.59 cents!
I got a chopped steak that came with gravy and mushrooms a few days ago and I opted for just mushrooms without the gravy and there was no up charge that day. Today I ordered the exact same chopped steak without gravy and was charged an extra $2.25 for just mushrooms without gravy!! I am a regular customer and I think that being up charged for a substitute of a small piece of cornbread instead of a slice of Texas toast was already outrageous at .59cents and a menu stating gravy with mushrooms at a menu price being up charged $2.25 is too much!!!!
There are no other restaurants in this area that adds so many extras to menu prices!,,

Coming from Clarksburg, WV, we were at Texas Grillhouse in LaVale, MD on Sunday, March 5 and had incredible food and a super sweet and hard-working waitress. My husband got the ribs with honey barbecue/steak combo and I got shrimp alfredo. Their honey barbecue sauce is the absolute best I have ever had. We even bought a large container of it to bring home and just used it for pulled pork. The shrimp alfredo sauce was really tasty and the shrimp were large fat ones. They didn't scrimp on serving size at all. Very happy that we stopped there and plan to make another trip to LaVale in the not too distant future just to eat and get more of their barbecue sauce. All of their staff were really pleasant and friendly. It was a really enjoyable meal. Looking now to see if I can find somewhere that they would sell and ship their barbecue sauce, lol.
