My family and I waited 3 hours for a highly anticipated birthday - dinner reservation that we scheduled for 7:45 pm. at Tap Sports Bar today (Feb 11, 2023). First, we were seated near the bathroom, even though there were other tables towards the front of the restaurant that weren't being used. Then, after waiting for at least 20 minutes, no one ever came back to take our drink or food order. Two more minutes later, the manager came back with another female employee. They stood behind us and didn't even try to ask us what we would like to order. My family of five stood up, looked over at them, and left. They didn't even ask why we were leaving. While on our way out, the female employee that checked us in at the front counter told us to have a nice night. I explained to her that we had been there for 20 minutes and that we never even had a chance to eat because none of their staff even attempted to take our order. She then looked at me and laughed and told me again to have a nice night. If management reads this, please know that we will never be treated like this again and will never spend any of our money in your poorly run establishment.
