Ordered over $75 in pizza for my employees online. The order somehow was delivered to my previous address even though I typed in the address it was supposed to go to. I called 4 times when it didn't arrive on time. Finally, an hour later the driver got on the phone. He claimed he called me (I did have a missed call) and left a message. He said that someone called him back and told him exactly where to take it. That never happened. I didn't even realize I had a missed call. There was no voicemail either. The manager got on the phone. She told me it was a "slice order" and that the ticket printed out the address for delivery. She was very rude and refused to do anything to fix the situation. After she yelled for a bit I hung up. I gave up and called Dominos for my hungry employees. Never again will I order from this establishment. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
