For my first time here, the food wasn't bad. However, my food wasn't prepared as I requested (added a food item I neither wanted nor requested). This would not have been an issue if the manager addressed the issue when I brought it to his attention, but he didn't. No discount. No credit. No comped item. Nothing.

Not a good first impression.
