The Forge Vision
To Forge, Southern Comfort food can be defined as farm-to-table at its finest. From a culture that takes great pride in its ability to produce its own food, Forge strives to continue this tradition by sourcing most of our products from local farms and giving these traditional dishes an innovative twist.

Extremely impressed with this place. Food was great, staff friendly and attentive, and even the Chef stopped by to check on us.

We had the worst service at the Forge. They did not have enough people working. Our server was also the bartender. He took our drink order, but 25 min later we still did not have our drink. Every time someone sat at the bar, he took care of them.
They offered a buffet, but we couldn't enjoy it. We went to the buffet line and they told us we needed to get a bracelet from our waiter. But our waiter never came over because he was the bartender.
This restaurant is pricey. If you are going to charge $50 for an entre and then another $15 for a drink and another $15 for an appetizer, service needs to be there.
We looked for management, but we think he was outside with the band. This restaurant needs to decide if it is a nice restaurant or a bar and then charge appropriately.

WOW! Impossible to find a scratch made kitchen in Cecil County but they've done it! Every meal was made to perfection and delicious. Attentive service and affordable too! We will tell our friends and be back!
