The experience at this restaurant is generally positive, but I find it concerning to see young employees taking orders outside during a snowstorm. It's 27 degrees and actively snowing, which raises ethical questions about their working conditions. While the food quality is good and the service has been prompt and polite, the operational decisions regarding outdoor ordering seem poorly planned and could be improved.

I had a recent experience at Chick-fil-A where I found the service to be efficient and the food quality exceptional. However, I was concerned about the young employees working outside in the cold weather to take orders, which seemed unnecessary and poorly planned. Despite this, the overall experience was positive and I would still recommend this location for its great food and friendly service.
