Abusive work environment. Food is good but over-priced. After I witnessed verbal abuse of an employee, I will not give business to this restaurant.

Horrible work environment! Employees are yelled at and humiliated on a regular basis in front of customers. Classless owners and management.

Fratelli's was simply Awesome. The food, staff, manager, etc were outstanding. I've never had a single thing there, that taste nasty or was unpleasant to eat. Every single thing we've ordered was Excellent. All of these comments are not exaggerated!! They are all true! I took My husband to Fratelli's for a surprise treat. We ordered crab cakes and lasagna. The homemade noodles were delish. Crabs cakes excellent! Please don't listen to those negative comments. I've never ever experienced anything of the sort. I'm been eating at Fratelli's lots of times. Found it one day by mistake. But appreciated finding this jewel 💎 Try it out, U won't be sorry!

We made reservations for dinner on our Anniversary Sunday. We arrived at our time and were seated right away. Samantha was our server and she was at our table probably a minute after we sat down to get a drink order and to give us the specials for the day. She gave us the right amount of time we felt to decided what we wanted. She was amazing and so pleasant. Our meals arrived and oh my goodness, they were amazing and so much of it. Samantha checked on us periodically to see how everything was, but not annoyingly. She funny and just all around great server. We were extremely pleased with our dinner, the server, Samantha especially. There was a line when we were leaving but they never rushed us to finish and they were getting people in from what i could see very quickly. The bus boys were on top of things but again never rushed us and didnt clear everything until we were away from the table. Very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

Took the family to Fratelli's based on recommendations from friends, and I was not disappointed! The food was fabulous, and the service was excellent. I look forward to going back!

Service: We witnessed management treating staff awful.
Our server did a great job. Although we had made reservations for a table of 6 and the bill came to $250 when our meals finally arrived, we were pressured to hurry up and get out. At one point the manager approached our table with 2 servers to begin clearing our table; however, we were still eating and we told them so.
Food: My husband ordered the sausage fettuccine; the marinara sauce is the worst tasting marinara sauce of any Italian restaurant we have visited in the state of Maryland (and we have been to many). My husband hardly touched his dinner.
Overall: We will not be back -- You are encouraged to read through the other reviews carefully, you will see a similar theme. I.e., The server staff do a great job. For the most part, Fratelli's food is good and pricey. Fratelli's management treats their employees terrible.
Hats off to the servers, I hope you will, soon, find an employer who appreciates you.
While these comments may sound inflated and/or harsh, rest assured they are on point.

Keeping people away from there. They have huge turnover with their employees. They mistreat them terrible. The manager is bi polar. Need to keep kids from working there and being mistreated. They are nothing but Olive Garden and that is an insult to Olive Garden
