Just visited last night 8/20/21. Service was excellent this time and it was packed. Maybe improvements of service are coming. Food as always was great.

Knew we were in trouble when we sat down and waited 20 minutes for a waitress. Then waitresses started arguing about whose table it was in the middle of the restaurant.
Ordered happy hour wings which we waited 40+ minutes for, and it came out with our food order. Who serves appetizers with entrees? Service was so terrible that the table NEXT TO US had to speak up for our lack of service.
Manager (I think she was a manager) was apologetic, but we were not even given any courtesy discount off our bill. It's a shame because the food is actually really good.
Business needs competent servers, or at least needs to review their system to ensure tables of more than 2 are taken care of.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Food is great, I hate to say this but the service in the restaurant is terrible. Certain wait staff seem like they can't be bothered, and usually on their phone when we walk in and when we leave. Past couple times staff from the bar has had to come over and help. Understandable everyone gets behind but I don't understand how it happens for just one table
