I love their pizza is my fave and I live in Spfld so my bf drives the 20 mins for pick up. Last order the pizza was burned. My bf doesn't check orders because well hes a typical basic man. But I was really upset when it arrived. Still will order from them. I hope is just the stress of the pandemoc and that they het their shet together with customer service. Plz Id hate to switch to another place.

Went inn paid for my order she said hung on she's looking for my order she couldn't find my pizza but the rest of my order was done. Iask do i need to come back yel 10 mins now my wings and daughter's dinner is setting there when theyr making my pizza it took me a hr. to get my order it was cold &it SUCKED

On Christmas Eve I place an online order at 3 to be delivered at 6:30. The money was taken from my account right away. At 7 I called Brother and after 15 min of questioning where,who what, when. I offered my conformation number but they didn't want it. I was told to bring my bank statement in and they will refund my money.( banks are all closed ) I explained my situation. That I had my family over and I had no money and no food. I guess what I'm so angry about is I order there all the time and it was Christmas Eve. It still was a wonderful Christmas Eve spent with my family.

Never had a bad meal at Brothers Pizza. We have ordered out multiple times for the best dinners and high quality staff as is the fantastic menu to choose from. Very fast delivery too. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👠For Brothers Pizza

I won't order pizza from anywhere else ! And they have the BEST hot wings in the area. All the employees are are awesome and the prices are very reasonable. LOVE THEM !

Although the food is usually good, I'd reccomend the chicken wings as the best items on the menu, everything else is subpar, basic pizzeria style and not-so special. The worst thing about this place is by far the customer service. My boyfriend liked the pizza (he eats any and everything mostly) and I liked the wings so we were solid customers for almost 2 years. In the past they have messed up our order, forgetting an extra item or gave fries when I asked for onion rings but recent we ordered a meat calzone and they showed up with an ENTIRE cheese one. They didn't tell us and gave us something we didn't order, that wasn't the worst though because the receptionist was rude (they usually are) and she charged me 5$ for them to deliver us the correct one they should have give us in the first place. They never apologized and charged us twice for tax. Neve going back there because the food is nothing special, it can be found at any general pizza place and the way they treat long time customers is a disgrace.
