The dishes at Bamboo, from the beef egg foo young to the Shumei appetizer, are truly exceptional. The owner, Jeff, and the bartender, Theo, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. The whiskey bar, lined with a remarkable collection of expensive bottles, adds a touch of luxury to this extraordinary Chinese restaurant.
