While visiting Summers/Fall River, I stumbled upon a Chinese restaurant that stood out from others across the country. I tried their #1 Chow Mein, which was delicious but on the smaller side; perhaps a larger portion would have been even better. The Egg Roll surpassed any I've had on the west coast - it was generously filled and exceptionally crispy, making it a standout dish. The friendly and enthusiastic service from our waitress, Sara, added to the overall enjoyable dining experience at this nostalgic-looking establishment.

Foo Kwan makes the best Mai Tai. Every other place that I've had them ,never came close! Not to mention all the food is second to none.

I was the best food I travel 40 minutes just to eat the best Chinese food around.
I have been coming here since I was a kid I introduced my husband to this restaurant I also introduced all my real close friends to this restaurant. And each year on the 8th of January you can find me right at China lake to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately this year will be different but take out is always my second choice.

My favorite honest restaurant. I suggest take out, inside isn't anything special but the food consistent and no other Chinese place compares. Been eating here since I was a kid

Average Chinese food. It's not great, it's not terrible. We do order here from time to time.
