Every dish I've tried from Golden Phoenix has been absolutely delicious, and they always get my order right. The delivery is consistently prompt, and I appreciate the reasonable prices along with the fantastic service. Their egg foo young is a personal favorite, and I can't get enough of the generous portions on the pupu platter.

The food tasted good and was delivered in a timely fashion. However, if you want any type of customer service I would not recommend this resturant. In fact I don't know if I will ever order from them again. The woman on the phone was rude. My order was wrong. And the delivery man was the rudest delivery man I have ever met. He could barely speak English. He went to the wrong address, then called my phone twice, (waking up my infant son which is why I was ordering in the first place) because he didn't see me and was at the wrong house. He screamed in my voicemail because I didn't get to the phone immediately. He screamed "CHINESE DELIVERY" and hung up. Nothing else, then when I called him back, he screamed at me about being at the wrong place, which wasn't my fault. When I ran down (to the wrong apartment) to get my food. He screamed at me again about having to call. He yelled at me said I call you!! You give wrong address!! He continued to yell and rant at me (I could barely understand him) grabbed my money out of my hand, didn't give me my change( I guess he assumed I was tipping him ... Which I wasnt) ran to his car and took off, yelling at me the whole way to the car!! HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!
