The food was delicious, and the service was a bit inconsistent. The decor seemed outdated, but the French Onion soup was exceptional and the main courses were cooked to perfection.

The Best Restaurant I have ever been to. The scallops wrapped with bacon is truly the best I have ever had.nice hostess too. Keep up the great job?

On the early evening of August 1st, 2022 my parents and I was celebrating my 60th birthday in the main dining room at the Hardcover. While waiting for our Main Entree to come I had a full glass Martini on the table. When the waiter came to put down my plate of Scallops & 10 oz. Prime Rib he hit the Martini glass and the glass came down on me and my sunglasses were on the table and must have fallen down on the floor and was picked up during the cleanup and now I am out a $250.00 pair of prescription sunglasses.
I would like to be reimbursed for my loss of these glasses.
I called a couple of times to the hardcover to see if they found my sunglasses but nothing was found.
I sent this email to the owner Bill Swanson and this was his answer:
I have checked with everyone at the restaurant and they have not found your glasses . Unfortunate we can not be responsible for items that might have been lost in our stores . I'm sorry that you can not find your glasses but we have checked and they are not here .
