I have been eating at longhorns for a while now. I recently went with my daughter and we both ordered the same from the menu. It was half rack of ribs chicken and 2 sides. When our order came my daughter got her whole meal minus her mashed potatoes. I ONLY got my french fries and brussell sprouts. in one dish i asked the girl who brought my order where my dinner was to accompany this. She didnt know and had to go find with waiter and ask him. He apologized and said he would put it right in.. I then asked for ketchup for my fries and he left and never came back. my daughter was eating slow and trying to wait for mine to come.I had to track down another waiter to ask for my ketchup. finally my meal comes and i couldnt even cut through the ribs with my knife, usually the meat falls off the bones. it was terrible. my daughter couldnt eat hers either. waiter never came back to ask us how everything was. I asked for a manager and I told her what transpired from the beginning. She told me they are now getting their meat from a different vendor and she has had several complaints about the ribs and the hamburgers. I expected her to NOT charge us for the meal but she took off 1 meal. i was so disappointed about the whole dinner out together,. If you know thge ribs are getting bad reviews from your patrons then take it off the menu thankyou for listening
