Hey, just wanted to give you the heads up about this awesome spot with killer roast beef subs. The place has a cool retro vibe, great prices, and the staff really goes the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Definitely worth checking out for a tasty meal that won't break the bank!

Excellent customer service especially via phone orders. Delivery is quick and drivers are very friendly. We love the Shrimp plate on weekends along with the Roast Beef Sandwiches, Chicken Parm, Chicken Salad Roll and more. This place kept us fed during Kitchen Remodeling. Highly Reccomend this well run establishment.

Mo, a shift supervisor, hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after. Called the next day and the ASSistant manager was rude as well, don't even give his name. He told me he has had too many complaints so he doesn't give his name out anymore. What does that tell you about the service?!
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!! Just pretend I did not even give them 1 star.

I will never go Marcello's in Whitman again. I used to be one of their most loyal customers but I honestly can't be anymore, not with how I was treated. They are so rude, all they do is scream at you and hang up on you for a mistake that they have made. I spoke with the owner who told me it wasn't his problem and hung up on me for a mistake that THEY made. I love their food but is the horrible customer service really worth it? I don't think so. I don't think they realize if they are not nice to their customers they will not have any.
