I'm a huge fan of this Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is great, and the portions are so generous that I always take home leftovers. Although the service can be hit or miss with staff changes, the food never disappoints; their eggplant parm and shrimp scampi are my favorites!

The food is awesome you get your money's worth for a Italian restaurant they are the best here in new England... The staff is great place is clean would recommend Milano s to anyone . We will be going again.

I have ordered take out many times, dined in frequently. The food has always been excellent. People who complain about the service, obviously didn't speak to the owners. If they had, they would have been more than accomodating. Would recommend for both lunch and dinner. Reasonable prices, excellent food, and great service. Thank you!

Ordered a party pizza for my company and it was by far the best pizza we have had in Western Mass. Everyone loved it; great flavor and crust. We have not tried their entrees/dinners so I don't know how they are but I would guess by the quality of their pizza that they would also be great. I don't know about all of these negative reviews but being in a family run business, it looks like they were written by ex-employees.
