Food is great but service is not. We went to Olive garden for dinner to as it was my son's birthday and its his favorite restaurant. This was our first visit to the Framingham location. We did not get second serving of soup or breadsticks. We had to wait for the togo boxes even after paying the check. While all this was happening I noticed the waitress was attending customers without issues serving seconds, packing salads to go with bags in tow. I dont know why deserved to be treated the way we were. This is not the first time we were eating at Olive garden - we normally go to the one near Worcester or the one near Solomon Pond mall. Its not that the waitress was rude, she was polite but did not pay attention to what we wanted, did not serve us properly. It was all the more disappointing because we there to celebrate a special occasion. I dont think we will stop going to Olive garden but definitely not to this location.
