Pho Saigon has been gone for a year and a half if not longer. New place there, not sure of name.

The Post Eatery and Bar is where Pho Saigon was, heard it was good.

On a beautiful sunny Sunday, 4/12/15
It's not the price, but the horrible dish I had. They serve you a noodles dish with vegetable all drowned in soy sauce. I had great vietnamese food around the Boston area and never had such disgusting meal, disrespectful, and rude proprietor. I will never go there again.

I ordered the veggie spring roll and spicy beef soup and I was really disappointed. This restaurant has three things going against it, the food lacks balance (Vietnamese cuisine is one of the most balanced cuisines in the world), the prices are high for the portion sizes (maybe it's a Berkshire thing?) and the service is rude. Veggie spring roll: served on a plate with no garnish with peanut sauce. Of all the vietnamese food I have ever eaten, spring rolls are always served with a beautiful leafy green, pickled daikon/carrot and fresh herbs. I requested nuoc mam and the waitress/owner came back a container barely a third full- stingy. My water was served in a plastic cup. I also ordered spicy beef soup Hue. It was a small bowl served with a tiny amount of bean sprouts and a lime. Three little pieces of beef for $10. No rau rum or any other cilantro or even spring onions in the soup. No visual appeal at all. Finally, the owner of the restaurant confronted me publicly about not tipping her. I consider tipping owners of any business optional, I don't have an income right now,and the food was way overpriced. Whether or not you agree with this, publicly confronting a customer is bad form. So, tip included, a small bowl of soup and an order of spring rolls was $20. Obscene. If this place had any competition, it wouldn't be in business. Needless to say, I won't be back.
