Pizza Works in Springfield is one of the few eateries open late, offering exceptional customer service, delicious pizza, and a variety of menu items that have made it a long-standing favorite for my family and friends over the past decade.

The people who answer the phone at night that take your order usually seem to be in a rush or just plain rude. This has been going on for several months when I call to place an order. There is never a "thank you" after taking your order - just a price for your order and the time the order will be ready - and then an abrupt hang up!
I have tried to talk to the "manager" about this a few times, but he seems to get defensive or tell me "it's a new employee".
Their main source of income is taking orders over the telephone for pick up or delivery, so they should really try to train their employees about customer service and telephone manners. They have lost many customers because of this problem.

The service is horrible,they act like you are bothering them with your order. Taking my hard earned money somewhere else .

Bought a large cheese pizza and when i got home I was ready to tear it up...took a bite and notice this Shtt was burnt, called them back and a rude girl answered "Well u took it home there's nothing I can do next time check it..for real I'm supposed to check in while I'm at the f****** store..they suck

THEY GIVE YOU WRONG ORDERS! I ordered pepperoni pizza and they gave me bacon. Soo lucky i like bacon 😒 AND the lady was so rude makes you want to punch her. 👊 but other than that, food wise is alright

Just ordered and the girl on the phone was so rude. She was yelling at me and rushing to take my order. I'll be surprised if the orders right

Ordered a chicken salad with extra mozzarella and a meatball grinder with extra mozzarella. I received a meatball grinder with little cheese and my salad had NO CHEESE. I called and the girl said I'm sorry but we didn't charge you for the cheese!! I repeated my order to her 3X specifically said extra cheese! Not only did my order take an hour to get here, their customer service is lousy!! Save your Money and order elsewhere!!

I spend way too much money here and terrible service lately. They come within 30 mins with reheated pizza!! Just had a delivery and it taste like reheated pizza from the fridg. I frequently order party size and keep giving them the benefit of a doubt but they keep failing us. Never again. Go elsewhere my friends.
