Went here with my 80+ grandmother. The employees practically ran into her! We got more consideration from customers giving her room to walk by than employees! And even after our buzzer went off they proceeded to take her from a seat and have her stand for quite a few minutes. Another customer was nice enough to give up her seat so my grandmother could sit. This is the second time the staff has been completely in accommodating to her and the last time I will ever go here!
The cherry on top of the whole experience was the plastic melted into my meal! And was anything done about this? Nope!
