Scoops has the best ice cream in the area, sourcing from local purveyor Richardson's. The Coffee Oreo frappe is my go-to, always satisfying. The Raspberry Lime Rickies and Maine Black Bear flavors are must-tries, especially on a hot day by Mill Pond Recreation area.
