I drive past this shop regularly and noticed the change when the previous business closed down. When I saw the sign announcing Sal's pizza & ice cream was opening soon, I knew I had to check it out. Now that they're open, I'm thrilled for a couple of reasons - they offer purple cow ice cream and peanut butter sauce. Richardson's purple cow may have met its match with their rich and creamy house-made ice cream from Ipswich. The chocolate peanut butter cup flavor is also a standout with its rich chocolate taste and generous chunks of peanut butter cup - absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back for more.
