best food anywhere

Although I have been there many times and I do enjoy the food the last time I was there, the service was not so good. We were seated by the hostess and given a menu but sat there for almost 20 minutes waiting for a waitess that never came. During that time I saw one waitress with her phone in her hand (probably checking her email) and another time there were two of them just standing there talking. Other people came in after us and someone actually went to there table. I was so disappointed I just got up and left.
