I've been coming to Homeplate Taunton for years, The quality in the food has gone down hill and some of the servers either are clueless or they don't care. It's really bad if a chef can't tell when an avocado is not ripe. That's how bad my last couple of meals have been.

Never had a clam boil before coming here. Now I know what it is and will always order it.

I have had many meals at the one in Taunton ,never had a bad meal,but our experience was not that good...my aunt's order was wrong although we sent it back and they fixed it..but she didn't care for fried clams,I got country fried chicken,I've never seen Brown gravy on it, it's usually white..so I was dissapointed,on a good note my friend had a burger and she loved it!! Think I will stick to the one in Taunton.
