After years away, I rediscovered this fantastic spot for Chinese food in Holyoke, and I was impressed by the generous portions and delicious flavors, especially the chicken in garlic sauce and pork egg roll. The friendly staff and accommodating service, along with a diverse menu featuring everything from sushi to hibachi, make it my go-to choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Well, I repeated "chicken fried rice" twice, got my order, 10 minutes later I got home, and it was shrimp fried rice. Drive back, another 20 minutes of driving and 10 minutes of waiting, and it certainly wasn't worth the wait. Overcooked chicken, not a single vegetable in this rice. I'd try someplace else, anyplace else.

They have the cleanest BEST FOOD EVER !! Very very nice people ! Best best food . Not a dirty greasy place or food , doesn't leave you feeling nasty . I Love it , so happy delivery is back ! Thank you 💜

I usually give a good reviews but this time I had to give a bad one. We decided to have a Chinese food. I placed the order in Hibiscus Chinese & Japanese Food in 455 South Street, Holyoke, MA. Then, specified in the order that we want a deliver! I gave my phone number, building name and room number. I received a call from a deliver person after 45 minutes. This person told me that he was in the parking lot and he didn't do delivers to rooms. (I would like to mention that my work place has more than 20 parking lots). So I told to the delivery person that he could bring the food to switchboard, he insist that he doesn't deliver to rooms. Then, I told him if he can't deliver to switchboard is better to cancel my order. "He decided to cancel my order". We never had this problem with any other restaurants in the Holyoke area because they understand that in work places the lunch time is limited to ½ hour or 1 hour and we can't expend this time looking around in the parking lots for a deliver person. If you work in a place that has rooms and planning to order deliver from this place you will end up starving and being angry.
