Had an amazing experience with the register woman. While I'm eating my meal the manager comes over and is yelling at the young girl and screaming about whatever she is unhappy about and to go home. I overheard when I was ordering another employee was leaving and she wouldve been left by herself. He acted in a way that is disgusting. Ruined my experience.

only scrambled eggs. On line menu shows whole eggs, any style. No luck at that table!

Everything I ordered was cold. Food was a awful. Poor service! MGM should be ashamed to have them in their casino in Springfield,Mass.

Great food excellent service. Pricing is very good . I eat here every time I go to the casino. I treat my whole family . We have our favorite Chicken fingers and fries. Also turkey club. The help is friendly and they like what they do. Great experience.
