The owners, my former employer, illegally withheld tips from my last paycheck and have ignored my request to be paid the money I am owed. The law requires employers to properly distribute tips to their employees, and any violation of this law can result in legal action being taken. I hope that my former employer will take steps to rectify this situation and ensure that all employees are properly compensated. It's important that we speak up and take action to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and compensated properly for their work. I'm exploring my options to recover the wages that I am owed, and I encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same.
