I started a healthier health journey after retiring and have been buying my protein shakes here (or a delicious bowl) before I go walking. Gives me the energy I need to get thru my walks. AND I HAVE LOST SOME WEIGHT.
So easy to incorporate this daily as a meal. Prior to this I was driving truck and never walked and ate fast foods along my drives. I even feel healthier just walking into 4YEW. SO UPVEAT AND POSITIVE!
