Thank you for waiting to blend my ice Capps. I never had any other dunkin do that while I order on the go every day. This dunkin is exceptional. Amy thank you thank just a little thing goes a long way and this makes this location extra special.

My favorite dunkin and has been thank you to all staff there for being very friendly and to the manager she needs to be recognized for giving so many people no matter what their personal challenge is a chance at a job. I think that goes unseen at this Dunkin' Donuts. So kudos to you

They have the spider donuts in a variety of girls and boy spiders. This Dunkin' Donuts always goes the extra mile for Halloween. I asked for an assorted dozen Halloween donuts each donuts had its own holiday identity. You are amazing !!

My app wasn't working properly on two occasions this week. I had asked for help the day prior and none of the workers could provide any explanation other than contacting the app which is understandable. The following day same issue, I asked if any of the workers were a manager, I noticed one girl assume I thought she was the manager, I obviously didn't because she couldn't help me the day prior. A blonde woman with a great personality came and offered immediate reconciliation of my issue in store no questions asked. Her name is Amy and she is the location manager I will hands down be back to this Dunkins I've never had any issue resolved so rapidly and my mood that I was in changed instantly because she said she understood my frustration and just wanted me to have a better day. We do not have this enough anywhere in this world. Thank you Amy

I'd give a 5 star if I could see a menu at the register area other than that all the employees were very helpful with giving me options and helping with menu suggestions and recommending that I use the mobile app for Dunkin' Donuts nice vibe in store everyone very happy and helpful

Great dunks. The reason for 4 star is I can't sit inside. They make me comfortable even though thru the inside experience and I know it wasn't the managements decision to eliminate seating. I continue because of the service I always get there

Try the BAT donuts I can't find them anywhere else. The store offers spiders and bats this year my kids loved them. Great location.

This location near Goodyear bus absolutely the best and friendliest Dunkin' Donuts in Franklin and surrounding area we frequent Dunkin's so we definitely know , we always try to say hi or wait to see the manager and her husband hands down one reason this place is fabulous Thank you

I have been using the DoorDash app for dunks in the local area since Covid I used others in Franklin and will only use this location as I generally have several beverages and food daily This location always provides napkins straws the correct food and a sealed bag. Others send out everything in trays and no sealed. When I'm using a service such as DoorDash my expectations are that my food/ beverage will come secure. This locations never misses. It shows they care so for anyone in the area that chooses DoorDash as I do. Use the 547 East Central street location in Franklin Massachusetts for freshness care and correct order. You all ROCK

So happy you guys are open again we tried the others in the area while waiting for your renovations and they ARE NOT THE SAME. just really happy you are back we come through in the morning and early afternoons and always pleasant and great coffee there is never a huge wait even during busier times I would like to say that your two young guys in the afternoon for being younger always are very positive and very friendly very impressive in this day and age great job nice renovation

Had to go to this spot during the shutdown of our regular dunk on other side of city. These people here are so welcoming and seem happy to be at work. It's nice to see and we will make the trip over when we have the time . Very nice people thx

I didn't realize dunks still carried bagel twists until our regular donut shop was closed for a week or so this dunkin has them freshly made daily and we will frequent this location they are my and my girlfriends favorite thing

Thank you for being open for Christmas we had family in visiting who was theyre one request Christmas morning was for coffee and donuts from Dunkin' Donuts , I was certain I would be on a hunt throughout the state and low and behold right in our town once again you guys we open thank you so much and happy holiday

I was not an original customer here, but over the past year and up until now this is the only one that I can always walk in to and never find it locked up tight diverting me back to the outside line

You're right about that excessive talking and conversations we have to listen too
That's the only down fall is when that woman shomeeka is taking my order

Always friendly and I agree about the African American woman taking the orders at drive through and even when you go inside she's very loud and obnoxious but ok if you speak directly to her

We love this location and the people are nice the only complaint I really have is when the older African American woman is taking my order I have to listen to her conversation and her laughing obnoxiously before even starting to take my order

And probably the best in all surrounding towns
They have a happy atmosphere no matter what
Everyone will always say hi Even if they are busy with other things
