Hungry after waiting two hours to be served our meal on 4/15/16. We ordered appetizers, drinks and our entree and watched many people that arrived after us get served the same meal weDISSAPP ordered. We complained to the owner Erica who apparently thought not charging us for appetizers and drinks would compensate us for our disappointment and hunger. The saddest part is that their food may be the best Italian in town but the service is so horrible that I don't want to give them my hard earned money. I think the owner should have done more to make us feel like we were valued customers and wanted us to return. DISAPPOINTED
