This is a hard one for me as this bakery has been a staple since a child at the Spfld plaza. The last time I went to the Plaza several years ago, I did get some favorites and they were just ok some fresh some not so fresh. I did not go back until they were at their new location. The place looks much better, bigger, cleaner so I was excited to see that. I selected many things and when I returned home and tried what I purchased and the following day, I was extremely disappointed. EVERY cookie was stale, the little danish borderline stale, (I was told that the eclair was good however) this was the icing on the cake no pun intended. I purchased an individual cheesecake cup and thank goodness I looked at it when I got home. The bottom was all mold!!!!! I'm done with koffee kup. It's really a shame that such a big part of the community has gone downhill like this. Perhaps the bikes should go back in the shop. Best wishes to you but I am done with supporting you.
