I saw a small eatery along University Drive and decided to pick up a whole chicken and ribs for takeout. The sides included two portions of rice and four servings of watery beans. The chicken was moist with room for more seasoning, while the spicy pico de gallo added a kick. The ribs were a bit lacking in meat and flavor, but the abundance of tasty tortillas made up for it. The prices were reasonable, and I look forward to trying their Monday special. The food was satisfying, and the ambiance provided an authentic experience, although they could use some air conditioning.

Horrible customer service. Went yesterday Sunday, their lights were out so the guy at the drive through took my order charged me cash. Waited for 1 hour before noticing they just went ahead and skipped me after telling me to park. Went inside, the son's owner was confrontational never apologizing or acknowledging they messed up. His mom shows up as well and offers me my money back saying she does not need me or my money. These people are very arrogant and wont even admit to their mistakes. On top of it he charged it wrong so when I got down to ask for my food he ended up charging me more. I had already waited for an hour with my family in the car. And they could not do anything, not even apologize. I wont be returning here. And if you value your time and dont want to be confronted by an arrogant family I suggest you skip this place. First and last time going there.
