During my visit to 7517 N 10th St #300 in McAllen, TX, the service was exceptional; the cashier was friendly and quick. I enjoyed the Oreo boba tea, and it completely changed my perspective on boba-it's now one of my favorites!

Muy delicious la crepa Juliana todas las besides me gusta el taro y tambien la de mango con bolitas de savor cuando las estas provando se desasen en la boca muy ricas

Ordered 3.#1 combos and were told we had to pay extra for our drinks because they were out of 16oz cups. We pay extra. Then after waiting for 30 for our food, we were only given our ciabattas because the lettuce was too ugly to serve (should've checked on that before taking our money or telling us so we could decide to eat here or go somewhere else) the lady tells me 3 min and the new lettuce will arrive. 5 min after she tells me 10 min more because they're taking too long at HEB or she could replace the salad with a salty crepe. We were patiently waiting to eat our combo like we ordered and eventually the salad arrives. Total probably 45, min of waiting. Very disappointed. Not a single apology for the inconvenience, I asked for a partial refund before the salad arrived and she said no, take the crepe or wait for your salad. Yeah, never again.

I have been at this place several times in diferent occasions in the resent months and every time the restrooms are closed , not even a sign that is out of order "¦ employee called her management and let me talked to her ,she started arguing to me over the phone and I can heard a man getting in the conversation, how unprofessional "¦very bad experience ! Employees that served us were not pleasant at all !!
