The wings and curly onion rings at Tower Burger are delicious, with a variety of sauce choices that can make decision-making challenging. However, some customers have noted that the skin and sauce on the wings can be too hard and crunchy, rather than soft and chewy. Despite this, many patrons continue to visit for the tasty burger options and excellent service, making it a popular choice for a satisfying meal in the area.

Went in to the McAllen location one day and liked the food, etc. Unfortunately I tried ordering via phone and for the life of me I couldn't find the McAllen phone number anywhere online. Called the Alamo location multiple times, kept getting no voicemail message setup. Finally got thru and was told they only have one line and they must have been on the phone. Management, some suggestions for you, get yourselves at least another line or setup or your voicemail, advertise your McAllen phone number somewhere and at the minimum train your employees to show some empathy when frustrated customers call. Don't let them act as if they don't care because that's exactly how they come across!

Awful customer service.
Extremely rude.
They actually stated that they are not accepting any to go orders.
They are too full.
And they hung up on me.
