One of my go-to places for breakfast tacos in Edinburg offers breakfast options throughout the day. The service from the female employees can sometimes be lacking in warmth, but the food quality is consistently satisfying. The interior decor is pleasant, although I miss the salsa bar that they used to have. I've sampled various dishes besides tacos, and everything has been enjoyable, with the carne guisada standing out as a particularly delicious choice.
