I always go for the chopped brisket sandwich and it's consistently satisfying. Today, Chris, a new trainee, impressed me by promptly addressing my concern about the sandwich not being moist, emphasizing the importance of feedback for maintaining food quality. His genuine response made me feel valued as a customer, and I look forward to returning for more delicious BBQ.
