Worst Cracker Barrel ever. The manager, cashier and the server had no clue about menu pricing. The server brought me the wrong order after 20 minutes wait that cost 4 dollars more than what I ordered and the manager explanation was she was trying to save me money. THANKS BUT, NO THANKS

Experience was horrible. I placed an online order and paid online. Order was supposed to be ready at 12:04. It’s 1:00 and after calling several times asking about my order a hostess comes to the car and says “we’re sorry, but we can’t find your ticket. We will have to redo your order. What did you order?” What?!?! You can’t find my order and I’ve been calling and no one ever told me that until I put some assertiveness/base in my voice and I was told that I was being transferred to a manager but a manager never came to the phone but they sent a hostess out to the car to “take my order again.” See ya Cracker Barrel.
