The food was satisfying, with the BBQ sauce elevating the meal, while the beans and coleslaw burst with freshness. Despite the service and ambience feeling somewhat average compared to its former glory, the warmth of the staff and the dedication they showed for my family's craving truly exemplified genuine, heartfelt hospitality.

Southaven Tops is absolutely awful. I was calling to place an order had to call 5 times before anyone answered and then was asked to hold. Someone picked up the phone and hung it up after I held for almost 4 minutes absolutely ridiculous. They have lost my business for good and I will definitely spread the word. They SUCK!!!

I visited the Tops Bar-B-Q on Stateline Road today. When I placed my order for a jumbo cheeseburger, I asked if it would be ok if I could get some hot french fries. The lady replied ok, no problem. It wasn't too long after I ordered that she called my number. I noticed that there were not many fries on there for a double order. I know it may save them the expense of using two paper packets, but I am getting cut short of fries on the single packet. When I picked up my order I also heard the manager tell the girl not to cook hot fries just because the customer asks for it. Instead I got some fries that had been cooked and dropped back into the grease again to heat up making them overcooked. I don't think it was too much to ask if you can wait on some hot fries. Be careful not to ask for hot fries, you should take those cold and overcooked fries and be happy with it, especially after paying 10 bucks for a meal. I think it is just bad management. When you become selfish, you usually go out of business.
